  Terrible service. I cannot recommend this office. We have our house and 2 cars on a policy with this office. They forgot to add one of our cars to our policy for a couple months until we had to provide a shuttle service with proof of our insurance and this office realized they forgot to add our car to the policy. They had issues getting our house covered and luckily got it covered a week before our house flooded. I don't know what would have happened if they hadn't figured it out. Our rate has been different every month for almost a year. When I called to ask why, the girl in the office could not figure it out. She texted my husband the next day saying she had figured it out, and we should see a refund on our next bill. (We had bought a new car a couple months earlier, and she said they forgot to add a discount because we were married, even though we have been married the whole time we have been with them.) The next bill was $10 more. No refund, no discount. I don't know why. She never gave any explanation of why our bill keeps changing, except for that they missed the discount of us being married. I called today to ask why again and could not get through. I'm fed up and just switched offices. Should have switched long ago I think.
